Seven new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows character posters have just premiered on Facebook. Promo for the final two films has been fairly steady since the summer, and these new images are ramping things up that much more as the premiere date of the first film nears. And despite the tagline on the images that “The End Begins”, it was just announced that author J.K. Rowling might feel the need to own the other half of the planet and finance that desire with three more books at some point in the probably not-too-distant-future. Anyway, the images below come across pretty good, and the series looks to go out on a high note…for now.
Part 1 of the two part “final chapter” opens on November 19th, with Part 2 premiering on July 15, 2011.

For a non-fan of the series, I am a teensy bit excited for this final chapter in the series. Well, maybe not FINAL chapter since Ms. Rowling is thinking otherwise…. Ah well.
That last one definitely begs for some list-of-dumb 30 days of night screencap style captions. Look at that shit. Hilarious.

Harry Potter with a beard is freaking me out. Why is Voldemort's face jacked up? (Haven't read the books.) Is that Michael Jackson in the penultimate poster?
In a better world, Drew Struzan would have done posters for all the films…
