What
follows
is a scattershot bit of random thoughts, links, and images that
showcase
the lunacy that exists in the entertainment world and beyond.
Folks
who remember my old missives from the old Steady Leak articles
should
find this kind of stuff familiar. Folks seemed to get a kick out
of
the first installment, and each Wednesday should fall victim to
another
installment. Don’t expect anything deep here but something may
tickle
your fancy.
1. Um…

How did this get past the folks at corporate?
Or maybe they’ve hired a new Grand Wizard at this particular chain.
2. My ex did have a nice ass…

I’d like to think that there are smartasses entering the halls of power but it’s more likely just another product of the public school system.
3. Um, II…

Maybe those crazy immigrants ought to be stealing our jobs.
4. “How is our place? Read the sign!”

I find it light years better that Fuknshitty’s.
5. That dog ain’t missing. It’s hiding*

First of all, I’ve had like five relatives with dogs that look exactly like this abomination. What is it about encrusted eyes, easily soiled fur, and nightmare teeth that makes a pet desirable? These should be sold as feeder dogs.
Regardless, I wish all racists could be so easily outed.
Bonus: The spelling of spayed.
6. I came into hearing once. Was a bitch to clean.

Forced into breathing. Smiles and bubbles. Clean! Live under cloud rug.
7. So I stopped at Dahmer’s Restaurant the other day…

I don’t care if these places make your life a better place, it just reeks of wrong.
8. Not as yummy as the 9/11 Smoothie.

Is there any way to take this as anything less than in bad taste? Or awesome?
9. Someone trademarked ‘Lookin’ Good, Mister’ for socks. That happened.

It’s sort of adorable.
10. Not Pictured: Sunday Fisting.

Why does cooking day have an exclamation point and not Hummers?
11. Humanity in still life.

“Mommy I want a sandwich!”

the way:

“The lollipop store has a vault!”

Sweet "Ref"erence. Most underrated Christmas comedy in history. So Nick, whenever you feel underappreciated let me know. I'll buy you a cross so you climb up and nail yourself to it.
So because the kid in the first picture is black, it's racist, right? Because it says "Spooktacular", right? Jesus, enjoy that fucking white guilt.
Wait, 'spook' is a racist word in the US? I don't get it.
Spook-tastic savings… because of an overused pun that really ought to die out with all other holiday consumerism, but also a racial slur that maybe one in 148 Americans know.
A black kid… because 55% of all Wal-Mart advertisement depicts "People of Color".
Put them together, and what do you get?
Accidental innuendo.
White guilt. Something that, like white chocolate and white asparagus, we can all live without.
I think Nick is guilty of projection and is possibly a closet racist.
