The trailer for D.J. Caruso’s upcoming I Am Number Four is now up over at Yahoo! Movies. The synopsis (via Disney): Extraordinary teen John Smith (Alex Pettyfer) is a fugitive on the run from
ruthless enemies sent to destroy him. Changing his identity, moving from
town to town with his guardian Henri (Timothy Olyphant), John is always the new
kid with no ties to his past. In the small Ohio town he now calls home,
John encounters unexpected, life-changing events – his first love
(Dianna Agron), powerful new abilities and a connection to the others who share
his incredible destiny. Teresa Palmer, Kevin Durand and Callan McAuliffe co-star.
I Am Number Four opens on February 18, 2011.

This movie is so bad, it's based on a novel co-written by James Frey (along with a slave-contracted writer) as a calculated rip-off of the Twilight/Harry Potter books.
