Darkness? Check. Rats? Check. Sean Bean looking morose? Check. Yes, this Black Death poster has got it all! Except of course, some corpses with swollen groins.
Really dig it. The official synopsis of the film: Set during the time of the first outbreak of bubonic plague in England, a young monk is tasked with learning the truth about reports of people being brought back to life in a small village.
Mangolia is releasing Black Death early next year, first on VOD platforms (iTunes, Amazon, Xbox 360 and PS3 and Vudu) on February 4th and then a limited theatrical release on March 11th You can read our very own Joshua Miller’s take on it here from this year’s Screamfest.

A very underwhelming movie. Has that unsettling duck-lipped kid who played Damon's son in The Good Shepherd. But Bean is dynamite, as usual.
