Dinosaurs and heavy weaponry- do you really need anything else in your game?

Spiral Game Studios has just released a trailer for their flagship title Orion: Prelude and it looks like some fast-paced fun. It’s very, very early for the multiplayer-only title (a mere six weeks of dev time went into this alpha build) but things look great already. Sure, heavily-armed space marines flying around in jetpacks and riding around in military vehicles with mounted guns may give you Halo flashbacks, but c’mon- dinosaurs.

PC gamers can take advantage of their multiplayer beta by registering for it on their official site. Console gamers fear not, though- it’s hitting Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in addition to Steam.

Expect Orion: Prelude to hit sometime late 2011, with the beta hitting Q2.
