The Super Bowl is naturally very superhero heavy this year. In addition to our first glimpse of Captain America, we also got to see a little more of Thor.
The in-game reactions on Twitter weren’t very positive to the Thor footage, but I like it. I like the splendor of Asgard against the sheer drabness of New Mexico, and Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman have some cute chemistry going. It makes me want to see more, at least, and that’s all any advertisement can do.
Also, there’s a Frost Troll. I was going to say it was a Frost Giant, but it’s definitely a troll. Look me straight in the eye and tell me you don’t want to see Thor smacking down some nasty mythological snow monsters. (I do agree the CG is a little iffy on that guy, though. But there’s time.)

Elisabeth Rappe, Maybe, THOR, got kicked out of Asgard for…Trolling on the internet. That new trailer is great. Do you think the next one will feature MC Hammer’s…Hammertime?

I want my Thor to have a huge winged helmet, and Loki to have an almost ridiculous curled-horn helmet. Maybe Hammertime starts playing and gets cut off?
