Back before the upcoming Thundercats reboot came together, there was another planned reboot film that looked very different.  Flixist got the exclusive on some leaked test footage, which is below.  In it, it shows a much more feline Lion-O getting his best Star Wars Kid on with the Sword of Omens before Slyyyyyyythe (is that enough Ys?) shows up to cause him some grief and go all Kelly Preston in Battlefield Earth on him.  Jeff O’Flaherty, who worked as an art director on Gears of War and Unreal Tournament 3, was to have directed it, said Variety back in October of 2007.    Movieline acquired some concept art back in ’09, but ultimately, that version never came together.
