Alas, it seems as though we’re squarely in the middle of the Lautner era in terms of the werewolf, as can be seen in the banner for MTV’s upcoming Teen Wolf, of which Coming Soon has the exclusive.  Just from looking at this thing, it’s a safe bet that this take on the project is going to be way more Twilight than Michael J. Fox comedy classic.  Hooray.  Geez, I can remember watching the cartoon as a kid, which means I’m definitely too old to be checking this out.  Tyler Posey stars as Scott, who gets the curse not by family genes, but via bite.  The hour-long, 12-episode series will premiere on the former music network right after the MTV Movie Awards on June 5th.  You can click the image to Taylorize.
