That’s a new poster design for Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark [a movie I was an Associate Producer on], but the real news hwere is that the movie [directed by Troy Nixey!] is having the honor of closing the Los Angeles Film Festival, one which also features a first look at Green Lantern. On top of that, overseeing things as “Guest Director” is none other than Guillermo del Toro. If you didn’t know he co-wrote and Executive Produced Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark and a couple of decades ago was in line to direct the thing.

Nice! Congrats! Looking forward to seeing it. Super happy it’s R too. The original fucked me up when I was a tot. Along with Salem’s Lot on TV (deer antler death and the vampire kid at the window did me in) and reading King’s Night Shift in third grade. Didn’t sleep for a loooooong time.
Cannot waaaaaiiit for this. Need it now, dammit, now!
