bloody hell that looks good, no props for Nunz in the credits, bastards

Yawn. Movie must be better than this trailer; it certainly can’t be any worse . . . swish! “Get her out of the house!” *strobelights* “Something terrible!” *eerie piano*
Flim-flam guilt trip of the nouveau-riche; what a snooze-fest. Guillermo “Ed Wood” Del Toro can do no wrong in this dojo.

Looking forward to this. So looking forward to this.

What happened to the R?

Holy hell, that was great!

I was a producer on this.

This is the UK trailer. Different ratings. We’re R.

I took a shot for every tired “dark old house” cliche in that trailer and now I’m fucking hammered. Thanks!

Looks great, congrats Nick. Consider 4 tickets pre-sold for this one.
SmashedHat05.28.2011
looks creepy. and awesome. good work.
Minimejer0505.28.2011
Awesome! Thanks for clarification. I saw this posted on several sites and everyone mentioned how this was another PG13 horror affair and I swear that del Toro confirmed an R awhile back. I was worried for a second that they might have cut stuff after the delay. Looking forward to this Nick!

Eh, I noticed a bit of that, too. Those bits felt a little Amityville-ish, but the rest felt like a much darker Coraline, which gives me hope this will be great. This is just the trailer. They have to market to the big, dumb masses… and their wallets.

saw this movie last week at the arclight pasadena. trust me, it’s awesome!
