We’re still a month out from Captain America‘s release, and the summer is already feeling very, very superhero flabby. Come July Marvel and DC will have not only taken us back to the 20th-Century twice, but taken us into alien-filled space twice too. One has to wonder if regular moviegoers will still give a shit; especially after ponying up 3D prices for Green Lantern to pinch off a loaf in their faces. On the upside, Captain America has been giving off a pretty steady vibe of quality fun for a while now, so it could easily still prove a big winner for Marvel. And the parade of pre-release sneak peeks, pics, and trailers continues its buzz-building march towards progress with this succinct little look at the Cap’n’s iconic stars’n’stripes shield.
