Have you heard about this movie Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark? I hear it’s pretty amazing.
Yeah I’m being a jerk. It’s the movie I am an Associate Producer on, the one I went to Australia for (it seems like five years ago now) written and produced by the legendary Guillermo del Toro and directed by my good friend Troy Nixey. It’s a film which will be hitting theaters all over on August 26th and it features the lovely Katie Holmes, the delightful Bailee Madison, and the superb and classy Guy Pearce.
And little monsters. Let’s face it, you only care about the little monsters. Wicked little beings really. Denizens of the dark. Fairyfolk gone horribly awry. Teeth craving bastards.
To celebrate the arrival of this beacon of old fashioned horror we have a prize pack to give away to a lucky CHUD reader who enters to win and is selected by a very complicated process which includes closing my eyes and pointing. Here are the goodies:

The Book!

The Travel Kit!

The Duckie!

The Light!

The Bath Salt!
How to enter to win this assortment of superior good things? Using the link below and including your NAME and MAILING ADDRESS tell me the scariest thing that’s every happened to you. Were you attacked by a raving lunatic? Did you accidentally uncover a bat’s hiding spot and it flew out at your eyes? Were you jogging at night and a coyote flew past you on a moped? Tell me your pants-shittingest memory and provide your info and you just may get a goodie bag to be reckoned with.
And this goes without saying: BUY TICKETS NEXT WEEKEND AND WATCH THIS MOVIE IN THEATERS.
