Just when I thought I’d exhausted myself on John Carter coverage, this popped into my inbox and I thought I’d share it with you. So here, for your viewing pleasure, are 10 minutes of the actual film. The following provides zero Mars action, but it does have ample amounts of Bryan Cranston – so there’s that. It also gives you a sense of the John Carter character and what’s happening on Earth during the film. Enjoy.

The weirdest 10 minutes to showoff for a sci-fi actioner!?!?
Wow, so all the trailers up to now looked like Attack of the Clones and this looks like Cowboys vs Aliens. My hat is off to you, Disney Marketing: You’ve really outdone yourselves.
It seems Disney chose the wrong ten minutes to show. I’d accept it knowing I was about to watch the full film, but in this context it reminds me of a really bad movie I saw recently with James Bond and Indiana Jones. And man, they either had some bad conditioner in those days or the make-up department is just so under par because all of the facial hair and wigs look about as stiff as Playmobil figures.
I’mma tell you how it ends….insipid
