Bane looks pretty goofy – if this was being directed by anybody else but Nolan, I might be a bit concerned.  But, considering the amazing job Nolan did translating the Joker into his more realistic superhero universe, in reality all I can do is continue to get more excited about seeing this.
 
2012 is shaping up to be a pretty great year for film.

Bane does look utterly ridiculous.  there something weird going on with batman’s hood/helmet too, like it is morphing into a cross between a giger alien and skeletor.
