Yep, proper badass.
I’m pleased that we’re reaching the point at which we start getting glimpses of Tarantino’s next, though even just the eight or images released have pretty much stretched my limit on how much I want to see. I was sold on this film yesterday and I’ll be sold on it tomorrow, so really, any teases are just aides to help me limp to Christmas without going nuts for this thing.
In any event, you’ve seen the first couple of pictures put out for the film, and now they’re joined by a half-dozen more. Enjoy! Be warned that this first pic does spoil that someone shoots somebody in this film! I know you’re shocked and upset…

And the older .jpegs…

The one of QT sizing up Foxx’s “piece” is pure gold.
He’s so serious!
For all of Tarantino’s talk of this being a “southern” it sure does look exactly like a western. And I hope that shot of him in costume doesn’t mean he’s going to be in the film with a speaking part.
Has anyone else noticed that Foxx’s costume is very similar to Little Joe’s on Bonanza? I think that’s pretty nice.
yeah this looks way more like a classic western than I thought it would be, I definitely didn’t expect Django to look as dapper as he does. But…I’m not complaining.
Has anyone else noticed the original Django, FRANCO MOTHERFUCKING NERO, in one of the above shots?
QT specifies in the script that Jamie Foxx’s characters outfit is part Littie Joe and part Elvis from Flaming Star.
People will be suprised at how much this movie steals not from Spaghetti Westerns but from the Sex/Blaxpoltation films ‘Mandingo” and its sequel “Drum” (Drum on Netflix Instant).
Good eye, Baldwin!
Yeah, I’m surprised more noise hasn’t been made about that. I hadn’t heard he was suppose to appear in it.
