Disney’s upcoming Wreck-It Ralph looks like a live action Electronic Gaming Monthly circa 1993 – not a bad thing in my estimation. Seems they’re taking the Toy Story concept and applying it to an arcade setting. Still, I can’t get over the visual of Bowser, Zangief and Kano attending the same group therapy session. It’s a comforting thought.
Ralph hits theaters November 2, 2012. Hopefully there’s a real movie wrapped around all these neat cameos. I have a feeling there might be; but for now let’s just enjoy the trailer courtesy of MSN:

That looks pretty damn great.
Tim Kelly, I am tempted, to pay for my ticket in…Quarters! Some of the kids that go to see this might question what those…ARCADEic…err…Archaic buildings with those blooping machines are.
Haha wow…Electronic Gaming Monthly. Takin’ it back to the heyday, I totally forgot about that shit!
Looks mildly amusing, but the trailer music KILLS it. Why do they need to slather promising movie trailers with cruddy music or *shudder dubstep.
