Frost/Nixon is totally my kind of movie.
No, this isn’t the one about a chilly Calibos-lookin’ former Atlanta Brave. This is Ron Howard’s latest, a film described by the folks at Universal like this:
Universal Pictures is excited to announce the release of FROST/NIXON on December 12th. FROST/NIXON, directed by Ron Howard, features Frank Langella and Michael Sheen as Richard Nixon and David Frost.
Oscar®-winning director Ron Howard brings to the screen writer Peter Morgan’s (The Queen, The Last King of Scotland) electrifying battle between Richard Nixon, the disgraced president with a legacy to save, and David Frost, a jet-setting television personality with a name to make, in the untold story of the historic encounter that changed both: Frost/Nixon. Reprising their roles from Morgan’s stageplay are Frank Langella, who won a Tony for his portrayal of Nixon, and Michael Sheen, who fully inhabited the part of Frost onstage in London and New York.
For three years after being forced from office, Nixon remained silent. But in summer 1977, the steely, cunning former commander-in-chief agreed to sit for one all-inclusive interview to confront the questions of his time in office and the Watergate scandal that ended his presidency. Nixon surprised everyone in selecting Frost as his televised confessor, intending to easily outfox the breezy British showman and secure a place in the hearts and minds of Americans.
Likewise, Frost’s team harbored doubts about their boss’ ability to hold his own. But as cameras rolled, a charged battle of wits resulted. Would Nixon evade questions of his role in one of the nation’s greatest disgraces? Or would Frost confound critics and bravely demand accountability from the man who’d built a career out of stonewalling? Over the course of their encounter, each man would reveal his own insecurities, ego and reserves of dignity—ultimately setting aside posturing in a stunning display of unvarnished truth.
Bottom line: YOU WANT TO SEE THIS.
Folks in Atlanta who read this site have a damn good chance of doing so, and with but a simple click of the mouse (or whatever human interface device you use. I alternate between a trackball and a hunched-over Necromongr-y Linus Roache). Simply use the link below, include your mailing list, and tell me how many years you’ve been reading this site and how many more you plan to.

Ah Chronicles of Riddick.
I would love to see this movie!
I thought there were only 3 Sheen's( or Esteves, if you prefer). Where did this one come from and does he have a drug problem, rent hookers for more than a 24 hour span, or have Lou Diamond Philip's phone number on speed dial? He is also in a movie that actually looks somewhat good. What gives? And who is he to stain the blessed Sheen name with things like genuine acting skills, likeable charisma, and dare I say it… dignity. What beast birthed this monstrosity. Sheen's unite!! Your throne of damnation is being challenged(First notes from Blaze of Glory begin to ring out out over the sky, and Jon Bon Jovi is standing on a cliff…. somwhere)!!
DAMMIT! No Raleigh screening?!?!?!
CHUD should hire me for these simple yet complicated reasons:
I was in Cannibal Campout, Where Saturdays Campers become Sundays Lunch,
I live in NY like Devin used to therefore I come from the same mold of greatness,
I am a first time father with a beautiful 4 month old son who already loves The Dark Knight,
I refuse to watch Cannibal Campout,
I own Sideshow Premium Format Hulk, The Thing, Thor and Captain America statues, for this reason alone I should be hired,
I believe, live and breath Dejudder Technology like I was possessed by the Dejudder spirit,
I'm also Fat but I go the extra mile, i'm also balding,
I'm blind as a bat so I can't even appreciate Dejudder but i'll throw myself in front of a train for it,
I agree with Nick about losing your war with an incomming car, eat your pride and lose the battle, keep your inards inside for gods sake,
I sent in a picture of me as the next Joker with a glove on my head and CHUD shamelessly used it,
I don't know what the heck I would do if hired because I hate typing and i don't know HTML
For Your Consideration

I have been reading this site for about 1 year and will read it for 100 more.
Been reading the site for about 6 years and plan to do so for as long as I live in Atlanta, which at the moment looks like until I'm an old lady…
