Do you know that the Muppets have an official Youtube account? A year ago a bunch of music videos featuring the various cast members popped up out of nowhere, fun stuff like Beaker singing his heart out on the Habanera and Gonzo performing “The Blue Danube Waltz” with his lady chickens. Now it has all culminated in the most incredible rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody you’ve ever witnessed.
It’s easily the best thing you’ll see this week, and yes I realize that it’s Thanksgiving. Make sure to check out the other videos on the Muppets Channel.

You just can't help but love the Muppets, no matter how crappy tv movies and John Denver specials they involve themselves with.

This is embarrassing in how it reveals how two of my favorite things from the late '70s (Muppets & Queen) haven't really been improved on in over 30 years.

I really don't understand all the negativity towards Animal's bit, it's bloody superb! But then, as a bit of a Muppets geek, it makes me think of a kids book about Animal trying to find his mum…..
I think sometime in the past his Papa killed his Momma with a gun, then himself and the shock of recall brought on by the (unsung) lyrics reduced him to the childlike state we observe in the clip. The rest of The Muppets, ever the professionals, carry on with the performance despite this brief derailment.
