Yeah, I used “Smurf” as a replacement for an adjective or a verb in a sentence. But the only reason I did was because dropping the other word in a headline should be left for special occasions and this ain’t one of them. The Smurf Movie teaser trailer is now online over at ComingSoon. Even if I were looking forward to this, I’d be kind of annoyed by a teaser that gave me roughly three to four seconds of the creatures I was looking to see in a 55-second trailer.
Since I’m not really anticipating this film at all, I was just annoyed in principle. See how you fare in the clip below.

Looks like it took about an hour to put this piece of shit together.
I already knew this existed and couldn't help but groan when this teaser ended in the theater before Toy Story 3 (I'm assuming this is the same). One thing struck me though; I can't remember the last time I saw Mt. Rushmore in anything. The last thing I actually remember was that Family Guy episode where they parody the end of North By Northwest.
