Several new photos of Jason Momoa’s Conan have recently appeared online from a variety of sources (heh, but not from Variety), including an unlikely, well, upskirt photo.

Conan doesn’t look happy in this last one. Don’t blame him. Upskirt photos aren’t exactly typical for guys to deal with…outside of West Hollywood anyway. My thinking is that the photographer who was stalking Conan to get this shot came to a bloody comeuppance. Probably the first ever recorded confrontation between a celebrity and a paparazzo.

Cannot agree more with #6. Instead of looking like she walked right out of a Frazetta painting, that chick looks like she just wandered out of a shitty LARP convention. And I truly hope that Momoa doesn't pull that teeth-clenched sneer throughout the whole film. Dude looks like a fucking goblin when he does that.

This looks like a really bad made-for-tv adaptation.
I love how some people can tell what the movie is going to look like by a few behind-the-scenes stills. Obviously, you've never been on a film set. This could turn out fine. Nothing shown so far gives an indication of whether or not this will be a good or bad film. Once we get a trailer, the bitching can commence.
If Nispel turns this into "Pathfinder 2", I am going to be pissed.

'SOB'… Crap-tastic costumes, weapons and armor have me seeing visions of Eragon or the D&D flick. Nispel should go have a look at '82 Barbarian.

Nispel's a terrible director, Donnelly & Oppenheimer are terrible scriptwriters, the leaked script is terrible, the production company is terrible… The fact that the costumes are terrible, the promotional material is terrible, and the behind-the-scenes images are terrible is just continuing the general trend of terribleness.
The only things going for the film are Lang & Perlman (and Nichols/McGowan in fantasy bikinis), and even they aren't going to save it.
He looks even more like a Klingon than he did in Stargate Atlantis. Not liking the skirt either.
