Javier Bardem is going to show up on Fox’s hit show Glee, and he’s going to be singing heavy metal.
“Spanish heavy metal, which is the worst,” the great actor tells EW.
Apparently Bardem became a big fan of the show after watching it all over the course of a week and working with show creator Ryan Murphy on the upcoming Eat Pray Love. Bardem will be a rocker who befriends wheelchairing Artie, a character who really has remained steadfastly at the margins of the show.
Apparently it was Bardem’s idea, and he pitched the character to Murphy.

I like Glee. It's orginal, fun and funny.
I can't wait till season 2.
Most people who bash Glee bash it vbecause they don't like it and feel put out because others like it. They think they can't be wrong so everyone else is and need to be chastised.

the very first episode was brilliant. the show quickly lost steam soon afterward.
Just goddamnit…I said I wasn't going to watch Glee anymore after the season finale.
I've never seen Glee and really have no intention of watching it. I also have no intention of bashing it or the people who like it, idiots.
The show should be called Gay. As in happy. And the singing and dancing club should be called Gay Club. Because they're all happy to be singing and dancing. Except wheels, who just sings, which makes him less gay. As in happy.
