So yeah, even more embarrassing than those awful character posters they released six months ago. What a tagline! Is it threatening sequels?

As you may know, Priest reformatted for 3D is the second Scott Stewart film (after Legion) that stars Paul Bettany fighting supernatural forces. Here he’s a badass future priest with cross tattoos. Not angry tattoos, crosses like the one they crucified Jesus on, as the old myth goes.

Here’s the trailer. I guess the most we can hope for is some silly camp but, like Legion, it looks like they’re playing this one very straight.
