As you now know, we are partnered with Bigfoot Entertainment and will soon be doing more cool official type stuff with them. In the meantime, one of their early projects got a facelift recently (my interview with the director) and have provided us with a neat behind the scenes look at the “Killer Cut” of Midnight Movie. Looks far superior to the already top-notch original, this is a B-movie slasher gem with a meta twist. Horror fans tired of the studios churning out soulless, forgettable reboots need to check out this inventive and fun film where the killer crosses between a primary reality and a cult movie within the movie. You’ll cheer and hang your jaw over the kills.
Oh man, I saw Midnight Movie Killer Cut edition, but I didn’t put two and two together about the special features on the DVD… I was getting the DVD just cuz I liked the movie, I thought it was really clever and took risks as a film, but these special features have got me super pumped… :D!
