Awesome, right? Course it is. Batman: Arkham Asylum was one of the best games of 2009, and the much-anticipated follow-up seems to be doing all the right things to make us interested. But what happens if you want an edge that your regular old controller just doesn’t give you? What happens if you want your controller to glow for no reason? Well Power A is on it, as they’ve just announced these official Batarang Controllers which are pretty hysterical.
The Xbox 360 one is wired, just to warn you. I still think that Resident Evil chainsaw controller holds the trophy for most ridiculous controller design- they could have made this a bit more batarangish.
Anyway, Batman: Arkham City is hitting in October.

Lllllllaaaaammmmmeeeee. I know there is a whole design issue to conceive of, but these are nothing special. And a wired controller? Really?
If my Batman controller can’t knock out a gang of circus freaks on command, then no go*.
*cause beware my pretties, I’ll get you, and your little dog too.
(Scary thing, if rumors of the Nintendo controller are true, I might get my wish)
