Well, maybe we’re not sending people to Jupiter to meet Star Children, but we will have two major Marvel Studios properties in production this year. As we all know Thor is shooting early this year; then this summer comes Captain America, according to director Joe Johnston, in an interview with Fangoria.
Captain America: The First Avenger starts lensing in June, which means expect not much at Comic Con (unless they are really on their game and make a special clip just for the event). So you can expect a shit ton of Marvel photos and info hitting you in the coming months.
And which means we should be getting Captain America casting news quite soon. I imagine we’ll know before March who is playing the Star Spangled Avenger, which should give people with lots of time on their hands plenty of opportunities to Photoshop that actor into the Cap costume. Excelsior!

Damn a captain america movie finally getting made. i'm kind of personally connected to this since I was in the military a few months ago. I'd like the movie to focus on the ruthless brainwashing process they employ down there. Really I'm a little fucked up because of it.

I call for Seth Rogen to be Captain America; afterall, after Chud's glowing review of Pineapple Express, we should all now be convinced that the guy's a bonafide action star!
I said a "little" fucked up. BMT was actually easier than my last job as a ramp agent, which was grueling work, but my MTIs wanted me to get married before tech school and eventual deployment and I wouldn't take the bait, so they had nothing to bargain with really and I got sent home. The mil is what it is, just another job only a lot more serious, and strangely religious despite their mission being to kill people.

Oh c'mon! You know Aaron Eckhart would fucking OWN this role. I mean sure he's a bit older but if you've EVER read the comics, it's pretty clear Steve Rogers is not a young whipper snapper. Hell they both look alike anyway and Eckhart has The Chin.
