I am proud to present my seventeenth selection. Brotherhood of the Wolf, by Fernanzo Fro Reza. A super multiple personality flick and one Christophe Gans has yet to come even close to as a filmmaker. And Monica Bellucci. And Mani. And bone swords. Such a great flick. Fro really knocked this one out of the park, especially when you notice the finer details. And as always, if you order this off his site (LINK) and mention CHUD.com in the notes… you can pick ANY of his designs that aren’t yet sold out FOR FREE. Two for the price of one. That’s a good ol’ American bargain. Spread the word if you dig it:
Brotherhood of the Wolf
You can get a print of this amazing workhere within the next day or so (don’t worry, the money all goes to the artist), and we would love it if you passed the word to friends and foes alike. My next choice is going feature numerous monsters.

Any idea when this is coming out on Blu in the U.S.? Must have that!
You can always order it from amazon.ca (canada)… their blu-rays are the same region as ours.
Anywise, I have to say that the original posters for this film were fantastic, so this poster is having trouble competing with my imagination. But I suppose that’s the challenge of creating posters to films that are already visually spectacular (although that’s possibly the film’s only real virtue, in retrospect).
Nice color balance and digging that it is asymmetrical. It’s a bit texture heavy on the bottom, but bold shapes up top help balance that a tad.
Content-wise: been a while since I have seen the movie, but does lightning play a big role? It seems strange to add lighting coming out of the moon.
Either way, I enjoy this artist’s style. I am always eager to see his work even if I tend to be the sole voice bitching about composition. What can I say? Art geek. I am used to critiquing. Keep up the nifty work! BTW, I would love to see the thumbnail sketches of concepts posted with these. I like to see the process.
‘Tis a bit busy at the bottom, but I love the use of negative space — and the style as always is wonderful.
Love the movie but don’t care for this poster.
